    I guess it's what you want if you're after a place that shows the football and other tv sports in the lovely market town of Knaresborough. If you're after somewhere that's intimate, relaxed and serving great beer (but no TV) then there's a number of options around the town that will cater quite well for you - this place isn't it!

    I think there was a stag-do happening in the bar which made it quite lively on this particular Saturday afternoon - but there was definitely a lot of 'atmosphere' going on if you want to call it that!

    A bit of a sawdust joint but not too bad if you want a quick pint and a watch of the footie.

    Friendly barmaid working on this visit.
